At CakeDeliver we understand some birthdays and special events can be lost and forgotten during all our busy schedules. Don't panic, we're here to help you in any time of need; therefore, we are happy to offer Cash on Delivery on all our cakes.
Cash on delivery is available for Johor Bahru (Open in new window)(JB), Skudai, Iskandar Puteri, Pasir Gudang and Kulai only. No additional charge is applied to any order - as long as it is submitted before 6PM on the prior day. All orders must be submitted before 6PM.
Normal Delivery
All Order are delivered between 8AM till 9PM in normal delivery time
Morning Delivery
If customer requires the items to be delivered in morning then customer has to select the morning delivery in checkout , the order will be delivered anytime between 9AM till 2PM. We request customer to take prior confirmation in written format before selecting the morning delivery. This service may not be available for addresses outside of city limits.
Night Delivery
If customer requires the items to be delivered in Night then customer has to select the Night delivery in checkout , the order will be delivered anytime between 9PM till 12AM. We request customer to take prior confirmation in written format before selecting the Night delivery.This service may not be available for addresses outside of city limits.
Exact Delivery timings are not guaranteed and will be delivered in respected time slot as selected by customer.
No courier shipments and deliveries occur on holidays. Although we work with the best courier companies, all courier delivery times are indicative of past performance and cannot be guaranteed.
During the order process, CakeDeliver requests the delivery recipient name and phone number in order contact the order recipient location prior to delivery. We will contact thus recipient the morning of delivery and if the recipient does not answer we will try again during our evening delivery time span. CakeDeliver will not deliver to set address unless recipient confirms availability during delivery time and at delivery address. We understand some deliveries are secretive and we will absolutely deliver if it is requested to not contact the recipient before delivery. Please Note: If our delivery team leaves the bakery with no confirmation before delivery, all cakes will be left at the delivery location regardless on if the recipient is present.

Complaint Resolution
If any of the following uncontrollable factors occur, they will not be eligible for complaint resolution.
- Bad weather or major holidays causing delivery delays.
- Orders placed by customers after 5 PM, successfully paid for, and requesting delivery before 10 AM the next day.
- Cakes that cannot be made due to time or regional constraints. In cases where direct contact with the customer is not possible, we will consider the actual situation of the order, such as birthdays or gatherings, and decide to replace the cake ingredients.
- Orders that have already been delivered but the recipient refuses to accept due to their own reasons.
- Orders where the customer provides incorrect phone numbers or incomplete addresses for the recipient, and the customer cannot provide correct acceptance information again.
- Substitution of seasonal fruits due to local market conditions and seasonal factors, as long as the main ingredients remain the same.
- If the recipient of the cake discards or damages it arbitrarily after receiving it, it will be considered an invalid complaint.
