Order Amendment policy
- Once an order is submitted, a dedicated delivery person will be assigned and the customer will receive a text message notification as soon as the order is delivered.
- In general, modifications to orders that have been arranged are not allowed. If modifications are necessary, customers should notify customer service with the specific information at least 48 hours in advance. If the order is already in delivery, modifications will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and any resulting losses will be borne by the customer.
- For orders that are paid for on delivery, if the delivery has already been arranged, cancellation is not allowed. If you need to cancel, you will be responsible for 50% of the order cost.
- For cash-on-delivery orders, customers must inspect and accept the goods upon receipt. If the received goods do not match the online order, you can reject them on the spot. Once the goods are received and paid for, they will be considered accepted, and no complaints will be accepted afterwards.
- If customers have any special requests or information that needs to be taken into account, please indicate them in the special requirements section or inform the customer service staff when placing the order. If no special instructions are provided, orders will be arranged according to the customs and practices of the local distribution department.

Cancellation Charges
A 50% cancellation charge will be imposed if request for cancellation is submitted 2-3 days from date of delivery.

It's important to note that this charge is non-negotiable and will be enforced in all cases where the cancellation falls within this time-frame. To avoid incurring this charge, it's best to submit any requests for cancellation well in advance of the delivery date, preferably more than 3 days before.
A $10 cancellation charge will be imposed requests submitted more than 3 days before date of delivery.
In the event that a cancellation request is submitted more than three days prior to the scheduled date of delivery, a fee of $10 will be charged.
Amendments Order
All amendment requests must be submitted at least 2 days before date of delivery.
This statement means that if someone wants to make a change to their order (such as adding or removing items), they must submit the request at least two days before the scheduled date of delivery.
