Two-factor authentication (2FA) is a security process that requires users to provide two different authentication factors to verify their identity and gain access to an account or application. The two factors typically consist of something the user knows (like a password) and something the user has (like a security token or mobile device).
To enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for your CakeDeliver account:
- Log into your CakeDeliver account.
- Click on "Settings" and then "Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)"
- Click "Enable", Done.
2FA is now enabled on your CakeDeliver account. When logging in, you will need to provide both your password and a authentication code sent to your email.
Enabling 2FA adds an extra layer of security beyond just a password, significantly reducing the risk of unauthorized access to your account. Even if your password is compromised, an attacker would also need physical access to your phone to complete the login process.
It's recommended to enable 2FA on your CakeDeliver account and other important online accounts whenever possible to better protect your personal information and secure your online interactions.
