To register an account you must complete a registration application online.

1. Go to the CakeDeliver website any page.
2. Click on the "Sign In" button located at the top right corner of the page.
3. Click on the "Create Account" button.
4. Fill out the registration form with your personal information, including your name, email address, and password.
5. Click on the "Continue" button to complete the registration process.

How do I edit my profile?

To edit your profile, sign in to your account and go to Account Management. From there, you can update your personal information as needed. If you need to change your mobile phone number, the system will send an SMS verification to the new number to confirm the change. Once you finish making the updates, press Continue to save the changes.

Lost Your Password?

If you can't remember your username but know what email address is associated with your user account, go to the Password Lookup form and fill in your email address. We will email you your password to your address or text a new password to your mobile.

How do I check my order status?

You can actually view your entire order history on your account page. Here you'll see the most recent statuses of your pending orders along with other order details. If your order has shipped, clicking View Order Details will show you the associated tracking number. Read more

How do I cancel my order?

If the items you've ordered are currently in stock, they'll be processed for packaging soon after. In the event that you need to cancel your order, you can do so within 30 minutes of placing it through your order history. As long as your order hasn't been packaged and shipped yet, you'll be able to make modifications through your order history. Where Can I Print an Invoice?

To view your order and obtain a printable copy of the invoice, please log in to your account and navigate to the order page. Once there, locate the Print Invoice button which can be found at the bottom of the page and click on it. This will generate a printable copy of your invoice that you can save or print for your records.

However, it's important to note that this program is not available to employees and other team members. How can I change my shipping address?

By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into to your CakeDeliver account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to.
